Tooling!

The biggest hurdle these past couple months has been the tooling for the Jam Kat pieces. These are the actual steel molds for the nylon Jam Kat pieces. Pat and Robin (and Cornelius) have been knocking away since last year, fine tuning the CAD designs and the machined pieces. Almost all done, check out the pictures below of the newly formed tools:
